National Account Executive
Due to expanding opportunities, we are seeking National Account Executives to
join our team in Dallas and are accepting resumes from qualified candidates. If

Job Description:
The National Account Executive position is directly responsible for acquiring
high value clients as part of the Meisel Sales team. The qualified candidate
will be an experienced salesperson with outstanding communication skills. Our
approach is consultative. We work with clients from concept through material
selection, printing, fulfillment and installation. Your sales territory will
require approximately 25% to 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for Meisel and build a new client base for your territory
of $1M+ minimum in annual sales.
Manage those accounts in partnership with a dedicated Account Coordinator to
deliver superior customer service while expanding client growth with Meisel.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating a focused sales effort,
an ability to work independently and a clear understanding of the Meisel
business model.
Skills/Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-7 years sales experience
Experience in the printing industry - Photo Lab, Lithograph, Silk Screening,
and/or Digital Imaging
Experience selling in the Retail industry
Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales
environment.
You have met an annual sales goal of $1M+ in previous positions
Cold calling experience preferred, with direct prospects as well as agencies
Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished presentation skills
Computer skills, Word, Excel, Goldmine
Bachelor's degree required

Digital File Preparation
Technician
We are seeking a digital file technician to fill an immediate opening. The
hours are 3:30 pm until midnight. If you wish to work for an industry leader

Job Description:
This position works with a team of computer technicians across two shifts. The
best candidate will have experience preparing files for print on digital
printing equipment. This work is for Mac operators only. The primary task is to
take client provided data, and prepare it for print using specific file
structure and color management steps. The jobs generally have a standard
workflow but the material, imagery, and degree of difficulty is diverse. This
is not a design job, although most will find the complexity of jobs
intellectually challenging.
Resources:
We expect to train any new technician our best methods for successful results.
We will provide the best available software and hardware. In most cases a tech
will have two Macs available to them at any time to improve efficiency and
prevent wait time. Our printing equipment is state of the art.
Skills/Qualifications:
We expect any new technician to have fundamental skills on the Mac OS and
intermediate/advanced skills using these graphic programs: Photoshop,
Illustrator, Quark, In Design. Related experience with RIP software, NC cutting
software, Color Management software, AppleScript, etc. would be advantageous.
Work experience in the preparation of files for digital or traditional printing
is needed. This can include related computer work for agencies, print shops,
separators, in house marketing organizations, etc.
Ability to work in a team environment is important. Willingness to help others
is vital. Experience working with critical deadlines is necessary. Willingness
to work periodic overtime and to have some schedule flexibility is fundamental
to our business.
